Shipping & Delivery

Shipping within the Netherlands

We currently ship all Dutch orders via PostNL.

Estimated Delivery Time:
1–3 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on all orders above €50 within the Netherlands.
  • Shipping costs for orders below €50 are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected countries.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on the destination country and parcel weight.

Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and any additional local charges are the responsibility of the recipient and may vary by country.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.

Using this tracking information, you can monitor the status and estimated delivery of your shipment.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of purchase.

Wonderland by Alicja cannot be held responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional delivery charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.

Delivery Times

All delivery times are estimates and are provided for guidance only.

Although we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur.

For this reason, we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date.
