In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

1. Cooling-Off Period
The period during which the Consumer may exercise the Right of Withdrawal.

2. Consumer
Any natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft, or profession who enters into a Distance Agreement with the Entrepreneur.

3. Day
A calendar day.

4. Continuous Performance Agreement
A Distance Agreement relating to a series of products and/or services, where the delivery and/or purchase obligation is performed over a specified period of time.

5. Durable Medium
Any instrument that enables the Consumer or Entrepreneur to store information addressed personally to them in a manner accessible for future reference and allowing unchanged reproduction of the stored information.

6. Right of Withdrawal
The Consumer’s right to cancel a Distance Agreement within the applicable Cooling-Off Period, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and applicable consumer protection legislation.

7. Entrepreneur
Wonderland by Alicja, operating through the website www.w-byalicja.nl, offering products, services, training courses, and educational materials to Consumers through distance communication.

8. Distance Agreement
An agreement concluded between the Entrepreneur and the Consumer within the framework of an organized system for distance sales or services, where exclusive use is made of one or more means of distance communication up to and including the conclusion of the agreement.

9. Means of Distance Communication
Any means that may be used to conclude an agreement without the Consumer and the Entrepreneur being physically present together at the same location.

10. General Terms and Conditions
The present Terms and Conditions governing all offers, orders, agreements, deliveries, services, training courses, and transactions concluded between the Entrepreneur and the Consumer through the website www.w-byalicja.nl.

3.1

These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer, quotation, order, agreement, product, service, training course, and transaction provided by Wonderland by Alicja and to every Distance Agreement concluded between the Entrepreneur and the Consumer.

3.2

Prior to the conclusion of a Distance Agreement, these Terms and Conditions shall be made available to the Consumer in a manner that allows them to be stored and reproduced on a Durable Medium.

3.3

If, prior to the conclusion of the Distance Agreement, it is not reasonably possible to provide the Terms and Conditions directly, the Consumer shall be informed where the Terms and Conditions may be accessed and that they will be provided free of charge upon request.

3.4

Where a Distance Agreement is concluded electronically, the Terms and Conditions may be made available electronically in such a way that they can be easily stored by the Consumer on a Durable Medium.

3.5

In the event that additional product-specific, service-specific, or training-specific conditions apply, such conditions shall apply alongside these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between provisions, the provision most favourable to the Consumer shall prevail, insofar as required by applicable consumer protection legislation.

3.6

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, unenforceable, or void in whole or in part, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Any invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that reflects, as closely as possible, the purpose and intent of the original provision.

3.7

Any situations not expressly addressed in these Terms and Conditions shall be assessed and interpreted in accordance with the spirit, purpose, and intent of these Terms and Conditions and applicable Dutch and European legislation.

3.8

Any ambiguity regarding the interpretation of one or more provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted in a manner consistent with the overall purpose of these Terms and Conditions and applicable law.

3.9

By placing an order, booking a training course, creating an account, or otherwise using the services of Wonderland by Alicja, the Consumer acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

4.1

All offers, promotions, product listings, training courses, and services presented by Wonderland by Alicja are non-binding and subject to availability.

Wonderland by Alicja reserves the right to modify, update, limit, or withdraw any offer, product, service, promotion, or pricing at any time without prior notice.

4.2

The Entrepreneur shall make every reasonable effort to ensure that all descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, and other information displayed on the website are accurate and complete.

However, obvious errors, typographical mistakes, pricing inaccuracies, technical errors, or omissions shall not be binding upon Wonderland by Alicja.

4.3

Product photographs, promotional images, training materials, educational content, and website visuals are provided for illustrative purposes only.

Minor variations in colour, appearance, packaging, labelling, dimensions, or design may occur and shall not constitute grounds for compensation, refund, cancellation, or termination of the agreement.

4.4

Wonderland by Alicja cannot guarantee that colours displayed on computer screens, mobile devices, tablets, or printed materials will exactly match the actual colours of the products delivered.

Colour variations resulting from screen settings, lighting conditions, photography, printing methods, or device displays shall not be considered product defects.

4.5

All offers include sufficient information to clearly inform the Consumer of the rights and obligations associated with acceptance of the offer, including but not limited to:

• The product or service description;
• The purchase price;
• Applicable VAT and taxes;
• Shipping costs, where applicable;
• Available payment methods;
• Delivery terms and estimated delivery times;
• Whether the Right of Withdrawal applies;
• Any limitations or exclusions regarding returns or cancellations;
• The duration of the agreement, where applicable.

4.6

Promotional offers, discount codes, special campaigns, gifts, loyalty rewards, and limited-time promotions are valid only during the specified promotional period and while stocks last.

Wonderland by Alicja reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time.

4.7

Training courses, workshops, masterclasses, and educational services offered by Wonderland by Alicja may be subject to minimum participant requirements, scheduling changes, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

Wonderland by Alicja reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, modify, or cancel training sessions when reasonably necessary.

4.8

The Consumer acknowledges that professional training results, business outcomes, certification achievements, and technical skill development depend on the participant’s own effort, practice, experience, and commitment.

Wonderland by Alicja does not guarantee specific business results, income, client acquisition, certification outcomes, or professional success.

4.9

The content of the website, training materials, product descriptions, images, logos, branding elements, educational materials, and marketing content remains the intellectual property of Wonderland by Alicja and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

4.10

An offer shall only become binding upon Wonderland by Alicja after the Consumer has received an official order confirmation, booking confirmation, or written acceptance from the Entrepreneur.

5.1

The agreement shall be concluded at the moment the Consumer accepts the offer and fulfils the conditions associated with that offer, subject to the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

5.2

Following the placement of an order, booking of a training course, or purchase of a service, the Consumer will receive an electronic confirmation of receipt.

Until such confirmation has been sent by Wonderland by Alicja, the Entrepreneur reserves the right not to process or accept the order.

5.3

Where agreements are concluded electronically, Wonderland by Alicja shall take appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure the electronic transfer of data and maintain a secure online environment.

All online payments are processed through secure payment providers using industry-standard encryption and security protocols.

5.4

Wonderland by Alicja reserves the right, within the limits of applicable law, to verify the Consumer’s identity, payment information, order details, and ability to fulfil payment obligations.

Where fraud, misuse, unauthorised activity, inaccurate information, or unusual transaction patterns are suspected, Wonderland by Alicja may:

• Refuse an order or booking;
• Request additional verification;
• Suspend processing of an order;
• Cancel an order before dispatch;
• Impose additional conditions before acceptance.

5.5

All agreements are concluded subject to product availability, training availability, and operational capacity.

In the event that a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, Wonderland by Alicja reserves the right to:

• Cancel the order;
• Offer an alternative product;
• Issue a full refund for the unavailable item.

5.6

For training courses, workshops, masterclasses, and educational services, the agreement becomes final only after confirmation by Wonderland by Alicja and receipt of any required payment.

Wonderland by Alicja reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, or cancel training courses due to insufficient registrations, instructor availability, force majeure, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5.7

Wonderland by Alicja reserves the right to refuse any order, booking, account registration, or transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of:

• Fraudulent activity;
• Abuse of promotional offers;
• Violation of these Terms and Conditions;
• Unlawful conduct;
• Behaviour that may damage the reputation, business operations, or intellectual property rights of Wonderland by Alicja.

5.8

Any typographical errors, pricing errors, technical malfunctions, or obvious mistakes appearing on the website shall not result in a binding agreement.

Wonderland by Alicja reserves the right to cancel or correct such orders, even after an automated order confirmation has been issued.

5.9

The Consumer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order, creating an account, or booking a training course.

Wonderland by Alicja shall not be liable for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect information supplied by the Consumer.

6.1

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a Distance Agreement relating to the purchase of physical products within fourteen (14) calendar days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period shall expire fourteen (14) days after the day on which the Consumer, or a third party designated by the Consumer (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.

6.2

During the withdrawal period, the Consumer shall handle the product and its packaging with reasonable care.

The Consumer may inspect and evaluate the product only to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning, as would reasonably be permitted in a physical retail store.

6.3

To exercise the Right of Withdrawal, the Consumer must notify Wonderland by Alicja within the withdrawal period by means of an unequivocal statement, email, or withdrawal form.

The notification must be sent before the expiry of the fourteen (14) day withdrawal period.

6.4

After notifying Wonderland by Alicja of the decision to withdraw, the Consumer must return the product without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the date of notification.

The Consumer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed.

6.5

The Consumer is responsible for providing adequate packaging when returning products.

Products returned damaged due to insufficient packaging may result in a reduction of the refund amount corresponding to the loss in value.

6.6

The Consumer shall provide proof of shipment upon request.

The burden of proof regarding the timely return of the goods rests with the Consumer.

6.7

Products must be returned:

• Complete and unused where possible;
• Including all supplied accessories;
• In their original packaging where reasonably possible;
• In a condition suitable for resale.

6.8

Wonderland by Alicja reserves the right to deduct compensation for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

6.9

The Right of Withdrawal does not apply to:

• Products manufactured according to the Consumer’s specifications;
• Custom-made or personalised products;
• Sealed products which are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons once unsealed;
• Products that have been opened, used, damaged, contaminated, or altered after delivery;
• Digital products supplied electronically once delivery has commenced with the Consumer’s prior consent;
• Training courses, workshops, educational services, or bookings where specific cancellation terms apply.

6.10

If the Consumer fails to notify Wonderland by Alicja of the intention to withdraw within the withdrawal period, or fails to return the goods within the applicable return period, the purchase shall be deemed final and the Right of Withdrawal shall expire.

6.11

Refunds will be processed in accordance with Article 7 of these Terms and Conditions after the returned goods have been received and inspected by Wonderland by Alicja.

7.1

If the Consumer exercises the Right of Withdrawal in accordance with Article 6, the Consumer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7.2

Following a valid withdrawal, Wonderland by Alicja shall reimburse all payments received from the Consumer for the returned products, including the original standard delivery costs (if applicable), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days after receiving the Consumer’s notification of withdrawal.

However, Wonderland by Alicja may withhold reimbursement until:

• The returned goods have been received; or
• The Consumer has provided sufficient proof of return shipment;

whichever occurs first.

7.3

Refunds shall be issued using the same payment method originally used by the Consumer, unless the Consumer expressly agrees to an alternative refund method.

No additional fees shall be charged for processing the refund.

7.4

Any additional shipping charges resulting from the Consumer selecting a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by Wonderland by Alicja shall not be reimbursed.

7.5

The Consumer shall be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

Wonderland by Alicja reserves the right to deduct such loss in value from the refund amount.

7.6

Products returned in damaged, incomplete, contaminated, heavily used, altered, or unsellable condition may be subject to a partial refund or may be rejected entirely where permitted by applicable law.

7.7

Refunds shall only be processed after inspection and approval of the returned products by Wonderland by Alicja.

7.8

Shipping costs incurred for returning products are non-refundable unless the return is the result of:

• An incorrect product supplied by Wonderland by Alicja;
• A manufacturing defect;
• A proven error attributable to Wonderland by Alicja.

7.9

For hygiene-sensitive products, professional lash products, adhesives, opened lash trays, opened tapes, consumables, and other products excluded from the Right of Withdrawal under Article 6, no refund shall be provided unless required by applicable law.

8.1 Training Reservation

A training place is only reserved after receipt of the required deposit and written confirmation from Wonderland by Alicja.

Until the deposit has been received, Wonderland by Alicja reserves the right to offer the selected training date to another participant.

8.2 Deposit Payment

The required deposit must be paid no later than three (3) weeks before the scheduled training date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The deposit serves as a reservation fee and secures the participant’s place in the training programme.

8.3 Full Payment

The remaining balance must be paid in full before the start of the training course.

Participants who fail to complete payment before the training commences may be refused participation until payment has been received.

8.4 Third-Party Payments

Where a third party, employer, educational institution, or other organisation is responsible for payment, the full training fee must be received no later than one (1) business day prior to the training date.

The participant remains ultimately responsible for payment if the third party fails to fulfil its obligations.

8.5 Cancellation by the Participant

Cancellations must be submitted in writing by email.

If a participant cancels more than fourteen (14) days before the scheduled training date, the deposit may be transferred once to a new training date, subject to availability.

8.6 Cancellation Within 7 Days

If cancellation occurs within seven (7) days prior to the training date, the deposit is non-refundable.

Wonderland by Alicja reserves the right to retain the deposit to cover administrative costs, reserved training capacity, preparation costs, and loss of income.

At the sole discretion of Wonderland by Alicja, the deposit may be transferred to a future training date.

8.7 No-Show

If a participant fails to attend the training without prior written notice, the full training fee shall remain payable and no refund shall be issued.

8.8 Rescheduling

Participants may request to reschedule a training date.

Wonderland by Alicja reserves the right to approve or refuse rescheduling requests depending on availability.

A training date may only be rescheduled once without additional charges. Additional changes may be subject to administrative fees.

8.9 Cancellation by Wonderland by Alicja

Wonderland by Alicja reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, or cancel a training course due to circumstances including, but not limited to:

• Insufficient participant registrations;
• Instructor illness;
• Force majeure;
• Government restrictions;
• Circumstances beyond reasonable control.

In such cases, participants will be offered an alternative training date or a refund of payments already made.

8.10 Training Materials and Intellectual Property

All training materials, manuals, presentations, photographs, videos, worksheets, and educational content remain the exclusive intellectual property of Wonderland by Alicja.

Copying, distributing, reproducing, recording, sharing, selling, or publishing any training content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

8.11 Certification

Certificates are awarded only to participants who successfully attend and complete the training programme.

Wonderland by Alicja reserves the right to withhold certification where participation requirements have not been met.

8.12 Liability

Participation in training courses is entirely at the participant’s own risk.

Wonderland by Alicja shall not be liable for any indirect damages, loss of income, loss of business opportunities, or professional results arising from participation in any training course.
